Booking Policy

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge
  • Late cancellations may incur artist fees
  • No-shows may be charged by the artist
  • Deposits are set by each individual artist
  • Artists provide 24hr notice for cancellations
  • Arrivals 15+ min late may be rescheduled
  • Disputes handled via [email protected]

Terms of Service

  • Glossed connects clients with independent artists
  • Artists are independent contractors, not employees
  • You must be 18+ to create an account
  • All content must be your own original work
  • We may remove content that violates our standards
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse
  • Glossed is not liable for services rendered by artists

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only what's needed to run the platform
  • Your email is never sold or shared with third parties
  • Booking info is shared only with the artist you book
  • Location data is used only to show nearby artists
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time
  • Data stored securely via Supabase
  • Payments processed securely via Stripe
